Designed by Niz + Chauvet Arquitectos, this property has an ideal terrace to receive guests. To make their meetings more fun, the occupants of the department decided to install an outdoor screen and it was then that the Control4 technology came into action: instead of remaining mounted on a wall, the screen comes out in an automated way from a special piece of furniture, which also it also hides it when not in use.
