At first glance, this contemporary-style residence –designed by Arch. Daniel Braverman for the Arquiconceptos office– can be considered a modern house, however, it is until the large windows on its main facade are opened in an automated way that we discover that, furthermore, it is a smart home. Through Control4 technology, the occupants of House B have full control of the audio, video, lighting, temperature, CCTV and security aspects such as smart locks.
They even remotely control the small artificial river that runs through the property’s garden.
