Although automation involves technological processes, dealing with the client is very human: before automating we have to understand the specific needs of those who live in a house. This was the case of this department designed by Architect Daniel Álvarez for Grupo Arquitectura.
The property owners are artists, so they needed very precise design and light control to illuminate the works of art they own. But they are also moviegoers, which required a first-rate home theater in the family room. The result is smart spaces, in which art is the main protagonist.
